Roger joined OMB Watch in June 2008 as an information policy analyst. He focuses on national security, information management, and open government issues.
Previously, he was the National Security Archive's research associate for their Iraq War Documentation Project and provided research assistance to Rick Goldsmith and Judith Ehrlich's documentary film in-progress, The Most Dangerous Man in America: Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon Papers.
Roger earned a B.A. with distinction in History from James Madison University in 2006, where he was an undergraduate scholar at the George C. Marshall Foundation in Lexington, Virginia. He is currently a graduate student at The American University in Washington, DC.
