Doug joined OMB Watch in April 2008. As Technology Coordinator, he manages the technology resources of the organization and provides network administration and technical support for OMB Watch staff.

Prior to joining OMB Watch, Doug served for eleven years as network administrator for World Resources Institute and for seven years as manager of information systems for People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals. Doug earned a computer science degree from Montgomery College and holds technical certifications from Novell and CompTIA.
